Please Forgive

I know that I am still learning all I can about adoption. I'm not perfect, I am sorry if my posts offend. Since I know you all are going to be my new best friends the posts are helping me express my feelings since my husband won't even listen to me when I talk about our adoption. I've had some wonderful friends who have been very supportive. And, some very mean people here who have just told me I was stupid, racist, and make up. I don't even wear ruse!!!! BTW - if you adore Mary Kay products let me know.

My posts are from my heart and some times I feel like I am speaking in tongues because I get that feeling taking over me when I type. I know I am not racist I love all Christian people and all those who need to be.

Forgive the people who don't accept my calling by God to adopt. I have over 4 months of waiting done with God only knows how much longer to go.

I LOVE Mary Kay (and Ashley too)! Those twins are just adorable. Oh wait, did you mean the cosmetics?!

I pray that the wait speeds up, and believe me, I have connections. I'll put in a Good Word for you today.

Um, ok now, I have to ask. Is this blog a joke? Seriously, you’re just yanking people’s chains with this crap, right? I mean the whole “dunkin’ the baby in the yellow river” – a joke, right? And the use of the highly offensive term “china doll’ – another joke? And clarifying that China is in Asia? Another joke. Ok, I get it now. A lot of work for a joke, isn’t it? The really sad thing is, there are truly people this stupid adopting from China.

It is obviously a joke... especially since they took the time to create different blog names, etc. to try to strengthen their "story". If you check out the other posters who list their blog name, they were all created during the same block of time.

This reminds me of when the grouchy ladybug started out. So much controversy... yet such an extravagant way to act ignorant.

I know we've never met, but we support your journey, as does Our Father. Don't let anonymous or anyone else steal your joy, mocking bird!

And to make fun of the holy sacrament of riverine baptism? Well, clearly they have not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and clearly they are going to Hell.

Oh MOCKingbird, I am so sorry your husband does not listen to you.
Perhaps if Pastor would come to your home and speak to him??
I know how hurt & worried you are about him not attending God's House with you.
I'll be praying for you!

I'd love to buy some MK from you! That is the same make up than the ladies on TBS use, and they always look so natural!

Love & ladybugs,
Joy

Oh my goodness, I meant TBN (Trinity Broadcast Network) not TBS.

I pray for those who don't believe you mockingbird. This is just terrible. Can they not see the pain in your words? Of course, these are the same people who think ladybugs are gonna bring them their child. The rest of us know that God is keeping her safe until she's in your arms. Yours in Christ.

Actually Anon. - she said she would consider dunking the baby in the pool at the red swan.

This blog is not funny. I find it offensive - yes some people are pretty stupid, but think about who you might be offending here? What if a young girl adopted from China reads this blog? Is it really worth risking hurting her feelings?

Love you. Whoever you are. Love that you have some of these twits all atwitter. Oh the hand wringing and tattle tailing and knicker twisting.

I wish China would just clamp down on these idiots NOW. Please. Just make them go away.

Thank you.

Amen

And next time I'm in China, I'm dunking White Swan Barbie in the pool as well.

This one is for the Lady on Rumor queen who said she was saving her baby from the "next non-christian family in line..." thanks mocking bird for a little lightness in our days...! out with the Religious intolerants & in with the families who will provide strong, loving, supportive, ACCEPTING homes for these children!

TRULY DISGUSTING!!!!! You are obviously a Christian mocker-I hope you have an answer for your maker!

Well, the true Christians ALWAYS get thrown to the lions, don't they? Unbelievers are always so angry, I find....guess the notion of burning for eternity makes 'em cranky!

Can one be a Christian Christian-mocker?

Hmmmm.

Maybe if some of you turn OFF the Steven Curtis Chapman cds you'll learn to embrace the dark side.

Welcome back GL - we've missed you!

I'm with UrbanB on this one... can a Christian be a Christian-mocker?

Jokes can be fun. Satire is all good and well in it's place. This fake, obviously intended to inflame blog*, while definitely a joke, is not funny... satire or no.

Oh, and MOCKing bird, the next time you try a fake, satire blog, I suggest that that you stay in one character. And I don't just mean your obviously fake "support system"... if you tried a little harder, you might actually string a few more people on a bit longer. So crazy crap like having you fundamental conservative Christian character want to baptise an infant needs to be cut out. Next time you get a burr up your butt do a bit more research, okay?

A Real Christian

*Not that a made up string of poorly done fantasy counts as a blog

Um - a Real Christian?

Oh Good Lord. I am not on your side at all. What's the matter with you people?

Please. All of you. Get thee to the School of Irony. Learn some. God almighty.

I'm sure Jesus would take the piss out of some of you as well.

UrbanB, Didn't know it was about sides. Just happened to like your question. And funny, I agree with you again, Jesus would likely take the piss out of a LOT of people who call themselves Christians. Hope my agreeing with you isn't too weird for you to handle.

Satire is fun when it's done well but sorry this is "bad satire" at best. Now...the GLB is an example of good satire, IMVHO.

What are you saying? This blog is not for real? Is Satan infiltrating the holy China adoption ranks? What if my child's FCC friends are not Christian?!?!?!? I'm not sure I can accept that. I thought that's why most of us were going to China - to save these poor souls from eternal damnation. Now it seems there's so many that won't be saved - and my child may end up on play dates with them! This must be truly Satan's work. I'm going to pray.

Your blog is Fabulous - Fabulous - Fabulous -- A welcome diversion from the wackos that populate the China IA
virtual world. Haven't laughed so hard since we started what can only be described as the world's most obsurd scavenger hunt for the illusive Chinese orphan.

We did marriage counseling with our pastor when we were having problems. Our main problem was that my DH was spending all of his time at church and not at home
